Enable Two Step Verification

We believe securing your data is a must, which is why we enforce Two Factor Authentication to our billing areas. Two Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to logins, so each time you sign in you will be asked to enter both your username & password as well as a second factor such as a security code. 

Getting started takes just a few moments, follow these simple steps below to get going:

1) First, download any two factor authentication app. We recommend something like Google Authenticator which is free from the App Store or Google Play Store.


2) Log into your billing area and click your name located in the upper right corner. From here a drop down menu appears with an option labelled Security Settings.


3) Locate the two factor authentication section and click the enable button. 

From here just follow the instructions on screen. It's that simple.
